Ingredients:
- 375 grams butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 500 grams flour
- 1 egg
- 125 grams ground hazelnuts
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 360°F.
- Mix the butter until it starts foaming.
- Slowly add the sugar and flour while mixing.
- Crack the egg and add it to the mix along with the ground hazelnuts and vanilla sugar.
- Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Then let dough trough a meat grinder. For this use any shape of attachment you like.
Hint: A star shaped attachment gives your cookies amazing texture.
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes. The cookies will be done, when they turn nutmeg brown.
Tipp: Cookies taste great with hot chocolate.
