Ingredients:

  • 375 grams butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 500 grams flour
  • 1 egg
  • 125 grams ground hazelnuts
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 360°F.
  • Mix the butter until it starts foaming.
  • Slowly add the sugar and flour while mixing.
  • Crack the egg and add it to the mix along with the ground hazelnuts and vanilla sugar.
  • Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then let dough trough a meat grinder. For this use any shape of attachment you like.

Hint: A star shaped attachment gives your cookies amazing texture.

  • Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes. The cookies will be done, when they turn nutmeg brown.

Tipp: Cookies taste great with hot chocolate.
