Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 50 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 220 grams flour
  •  460 milliliter milk
  • Butter for frying

Directions:

  • Place eggs in a bowl (Mix the eggs well to avoid clumps).
  • Add the sugar, salt and vegetable oil to the eggs.
  • Pour the milk and flower into the mix and stir everything.
  • Once the mixture is smooth, use the butter to grease a pan.

Hint: Use as little butter as possible to prevent the crepes from getting to oily.

  • Put a little of the mix (The crepes are supposed to be thin) in the pan and start cooking on medium heat.
