Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 50 milliliters vegetable oil
- 220 grams flour
- 460 milliliter milk
- Butter for frying
Directions:
- Place eggs in a bowl (Mix the eggs well to avoid clumps).
- Add the sugar, salt and vegetable oil to the eggs.
- Pour the milk and flower into the mix and stir everything.
- Once the mixture is smooth, use the butter to grease a pan.
Hint: Use as little butter as possible to prevent the crepes from getting to oily.
- Put a little of the mix (The crepes are supposed to be thin) in the pan and start cooking on medium heat.
