Ingredients:

  • 250 grams butter
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 500 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Soften the butter a little to make it easier to mix.

Hint: Don´t actually melt the butter. Melting the butter can cause the cookies to lose their shape.

  • Place the butter in a bowl and add the sugar. Stir the content thoroughly until it starts foaming.
  • Once that’s done add the flour and eggs slowly.
  • Then pour the pack of vanilla sugar into the mix and stir everything together.
  • Place the cookies in between the creases of a wolf fang baking sheet with a teaspoon. The distance between each drop should be about 15-20 centimeters.

Hint: If you are confused on what this baking sheet looks like, it should have V shaped trenches that strech across the sheet. It looks like this: VVVVVVV, when looked at from the side.

  • Let the cookies bake for about 10-15 minutes. When they’re done they will be a gold brown color.

Hint: Only remove the cookies from the sheet when they are cooled down to avoid them falling apart.

Tipp: In my family we actually like to eat them a bit crunchier so don’t be shy to let those cookies stay in oven a bit longer.
